Surah Ya-Sin Verse 39

وَالْقَمَرَ قَدَّرْنَاهُ مَنَازِلَ حَتَّىٰ عَادَ كَالْعُرْجُونِ الْقَدِيمِ

And the moon - We have determined for it phases, until it returns [appearing] like the old date stalk
