Surah Muhammad Verse 23

أُولَٰئِكَ الَّذِينَ لَعَنَهُمُ اللَّهُ فَأَصَمَّهُمْ وَأَعْمَىٰ أَبْصَارَهُمْ

Those [who do so] are the ones that Allah has cursed, so He deafened them and blinded their vision
